Ground Force
Ground Force was a British garden makeover television series. The upbeat theme was composed by Jim Parker and performed by the Black Dyke Band. It reflects the busy activity involved in the projects. Last of the Summer Wine
This arrangement of Ronnie Hazelhurst's beautiful theme for the long-running BBC comedy series 'Last of the Summer Wine' tests the players ability to play quietly, smoothly and with subtle dynamic control. The tuba part requires a lightness of touch so that it provides a stable foundation for the upper parts but in the more rhythmic entries at figure C and G, provides contrast to the duet on the Flugel and Horn.

Tchaikovsky's 'Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy' is a permanent fixture in any ensembles Christmas Repertoire. This arrangement for three trombones encourages players to develop articulation to keep the music light and to focus on a warm, full sound in the more sustained sections rather resorting to playing louder.
